There was a prominent lawsuit by the Sorrels and Johns families that stated because of the Racial Integrity Act they were classified as “Colored” when they were actually Native Autochthonous (black) American Indians. Millions of dark to light skinned Natives were already here, not from Africa, at all, just reclassified over time on paper as African…and it’s not true that millions of Africans were brought to the Americas…
